A chapel off the dancefloor, built by somebody who thinks a chapel should have more sequins on it. Thirteen videos by one artist, and a rule about pleasure: you do not have to justify it to be allowed it.

Starts wherever your device says. Nothing moves, flashes, or plays until you say so.
Same rule as every other room, and one addition that this room needed: every button says how long the thing is before you press it. There is a twenty-three minute concert in here sitting beside three-minute videos, and “press play” is only consent if you know what you are agreeing to. Until you press one, nothing on this page has contacted YouTube — no iframe, no cookie, no request.

Lifted from our own playlist, Unabashed Pleasure and Righteous Inclusion With Chappell Roan. The ids, titles, channels and runtimes were read off YouTube rather than typed from memory, because guessing which song goes with which video is the exact fabrication the zine table spends a page arguing against.
ROOM RULE
The vibe, not the lyrics — the same rule as the dancefloor next door. We name the artist, link the song, and let them keep their own words. Chappell Roan is not affiliated with Stimpunks and does not endorse us; this is a room named after somebody whose work we like, which is homage and not licence. Nothing here is hosted by us and nothing here is ours.
WHY A CHAPEL
Because the two things in the title are usually kept apart. Pleasure gets treated as the frivolous one and inclusion as the serious one, and Disabled people are handed the serious one and told the other is a reward for good behaviour. This room puts them in the same building on purpose: unabashed pleasure is not the opposite of righteous inclusion, it is what inclusion is for. A movement that can only ask for access and never for joy has agreed to a smaller life than it is owed.
The chapel is the joke and the argument at once. Camp has always understood that the sacred and the sequinned are the same gesture done at different volumes, and a Disabled people’s organisation building a rhinestone Vatican off its own dancefloor is us saying which volume we prefer.
